The Virginia AMTA Annual Chapter Meeting is held each year during the Healing Connections Conference. A complimentary lunch buffet will be served from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. It is not required to register for conference classes to attend the lunch meeting.  If you wish to attend the Chapter Meeting and are not taking a class, please inform our Chapter Administrator, Judy Harris, at judyamta@verizon.net so that we may reserve a place for you. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Some items on the agenda include current Chapter projects, goals affecting our profession, Chapter awards, elections and budget review. Please take a look at the candidates for elections and our 2009 budget so you may be better prepared for the Chapter meeting.

Chapter and Unit Elections

This year the positions of Chapter President, Second Vice President, Treasurer and Delegate and Unit President and Treasurer are up for election. Click here to review the 2009 candidates.
