The Community Service Grant

  1. Community Outreach grant applications are mailed out beginning in September. The deadline is April 1st for COMPLETED applications to be RECEIVED in the Foundation office. The announcement will be made within 120 days from the deadline.
  2. The maximum grant is $5,000. In the past several years five or six grants have been awarded per year.
  3. Any interested party may obtain the application on the website at www.massagetherapyfoundation.org/grants_community.html or via mail by contacting the Massage Therapy Foundation at 847.869.5019, Ext. 167.
